Required Installations

	Microsoft .NET Framework v3.5 Your computer must have the Microsoft .NET Framework v3.5
	Microsoft .NET Framework v3.5   (2.8 MB) Click on the install button above and save the dotnetfx3setup.exe file to your desktop. Double click on the icon to install the Microsoft .NET framework. Follow the directions on the setup program to progress through it.

ConnectWise Internet Client   You must install the correct ConnectWise Internet Client to work with your   Windows Operating System. You must install either the 32-bit client or the 64-bit   client. Click here to find out which one you need.

32-bit Client

• Click on the install button above.
• Save the ConnectWise-Internet-Client-32bit.msi file to your desktop
• Double click on the ConnectWise-Internet-Client-32bit.msi file to start the installation.

64-bit Client

• Click on the install button above.
• Save the ConnectWise-Internet-Client-64bit.msi file to your desktop
• Double click on the ConnectWise-Internet-Client-64bit.msi file to start the installation.

ConnectWise Outlook Add-in   ConnectWise can capture Outlook email as Tickets or Sales Activities.   Select your version of Outlook below and install the ConnectWise Outlook   Add-in.

Outlook 2003 Add-in

• Click on the install button above and save the ConnectWise-Outlook2003-Add-in.zip file to your desktop
• Extract the files to a temporary directory.
• Double click on the Setup file to install the ConnectWise Outlook Add-in files.
• Follow the directions on the setup program to progress through it.

Outlook 2007 Add-in

• Please make sure you have removed previous versions of ConnectWise Outlook Add-in and exited Microsoft Outlook prior to installation.
• Click on the install button above and save the zipped folder to your desktop.
• Extract the zipped folder and run setup.exe.
• Follow the directions on the setup program to progress through it.
• Click close when installation is completed.

ConnectWise Mobile Microsoft .NET Compact Framework v2.0   This is required on your mobile device if you are going to use ConnectWise Mobile. You   can install ConnectWise Mobile directly from your mobile device by bringing up   www.ConnectWise.com/Install from your mobile browser. If you did not purchase ConnectWise Mobile, you   should really check it out!

Microsoft .NET Compact Framework v2.0

• Click on the install button above.
• Follow instructions on Microsoft website.

ConnectWise QuickBooks Integration This is required if you are going to use the ConnectWise QuickBooks Direct Export Accounting interface from a machine that does not have the QuickBooks application installed on it, or does not have access to the QuickBooks company file. ConnectWise can directly integrate to QuickBooks to pass company information, invoices, expense reports, and general ledger entries. You can also view QuickBook's, Accounts Receivable, Aging Reports directly inside ConnectWise.

• Save the QuickBooksIntegration.zip file to your desktop.
• Extract the Zip files to a temp directory.
• Follow the setup instructions found in User Documentation/ Integration/ GL Interface/ QuickBooks Integration/ QuickBooks Direct Export

ConnectWise Microsoft Project Integration   This is required if you are going to integrate MS Project with ConnectWise.   ConnectWise can integrate with Microsoft Project. You can import Microsoft Projects   into ConnectWise. You can also export ConnectWise Project to Microsoft Project.

• Click on the install button above.
• Save the MSProjectSetup.zip file to C:\Program Files\ConnectWise\MSProject. (You might have to create the folder)
• Extract the Zip files to the same folder.

** Non-Vista installations **

• Run the install.bat file in the folder.
• This batch file will register cwProject.dll on the current workstation.

** Vista installations **

• Vista users either:
1. Turn off UAC (which should let it work) or
2. Open the start menu, find the Command Prompt, right click on it, and choose Run As Administrator
• CD into the folder you unzipped the project tool into
• Type "install" and hit enter

1. Click the Install button above.
2. Click Run when prompted with the File Download.
3. Click Yes when prompted with the "would you like to continue" message.
4. Click OK when prompted with the "Installation Complete" message.

You are now required to setup remaining configuration in the ConnectWise setup tables.  Please refer to the ConnectWise User Documentation for setting up the QuoteWerks integration in the ConnectWise setup tables.
